Physio Exercise Class Trial Offer
Join our Physio Exercise Class: Inspired by Pilates.
At Physiosports Brighton, our Physio Exercise Classes are designed by qualified physiotherapists to help you move with confidence, build real strength, and reduce injury risk — all while improving posture, flexibility, and balance.
We combine the best of Pilates-inspired movement with expert physio knowledge to create a program tailored to your body, your history, and your goals.
Looking for Clinical Pilates in Brighton?
Many people searching for clinical Pilates are looking for exercise programs
guided by physiotherapists.
At Physiosports Brighton we deliver these programs as Physio Exercise Classes.
Our sessions use Pilates studio equipment (reformers, trapeze table & more),
but the way the program is delivered is very different.
Every client follows an individualised program designed by a physiotherapist,
allowing exercises to be tailored to your body, injury history, and goals.
This approach allows us to combine rehabilitation principles with strength
and movement training in a safe and structured way.
Why We Call Them Physio Exercise Classes
While our sessions use Pilates-style equipment, they are delivered as physiotherapy services.
We call them Physio Exercise Classes because:
- every client has a personalised exercise program
- sessions are supervised by physiotherapists
- exercises are progressed according to your movement and strength
- programs are designed to support injury recovery and prevention
Because these sessions are physiotherapist-led, many private health funds allow a rebate
How the Program Works
To join a group class, you’ll first need to complete at least one one-on-one session. This allows us to ensure you’re performing the exercises safely and correctly, setting you up for success.
1. Physiotherapy Assessment
Your journey begins with a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment.
During this session we:
- review your injury history
- assess your movement and strength
- discuss your goals for exercise and activity
Your physiotherapist then designs a personalised exercise program tailored
to you.
2. Personalised Exercise Program
Your program may include exercises designed to:
- improve strength and control
- support recovery from injury
- improve flexibility and posture
- build confidence in movement
Your exercises evolve as your strength and ability improve.
3. Small Supervised Classes
During Physio Exercise Classes you follow your own program, while the physiotherapist supervising the session:
- provides guidance on technique
- adjusts exercises when needed
- progresses your program as you improve
Classes are intentionally kept small, so each client receives individual
attention.
Who These Classes Are For
